Dr. Maen Abdul Qader Kousa is a university professor, writer, and public speaker focusing on education, intellectual thought, and Islamic advocacy (da‘wah). His work brings together academic specialisation with an ongoing interest in issues of awareness-building, intellectual development, and educational reform.
He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, reflecting a strong academic and research foundation. Alongside his academic background, he maintains an active presence as an author and lecturer, delivering talks and written contributions that address educational themes, intellectual discourse, and faith-based guidance from a thoughtful and principled perspective.
Dr. Kousa serves as the Secretary-General of the Islamic Sham Authority. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Rawaa Magazine and the Chairman of the Board of the Ta’seel Al-Wa’y Academy, roles through which he supports scholarly and cultural initiatives aimed at strengthening educational and intellectual awareness.
